Everyone has their own pace and we’re no different at Badminton Place. When you move into your new home, you have all the time you need to get acquainted with the people, the activities and the new surroundings. You’ll be visited by everyone and a very warm welcome awaits you, that’s for sure!

With large green gardens, multi-floor outside terraces and ample parking, there is plenty to see and do for the outdoors types, but in the meantime, the interiors of Badminton Place are a joy to behold. Cosy and luxurious is possible and it’s right here, in Cribbs Causeway.

Once you have settled in and it feels like home, we’re here to listen and help you to do more, see more and enjoy more. Life is for living and our team is here to help you do just that.

Facilities

As you would expect from such an amazing care home there are amazing facilities! Available to all our residents and we are always looking for ways to enhance the day-to-day experience for residents and families alike.

Low-Impact Gym

Our gym equipment is low impact and geared towards those people in later life who want to stay in shape or rehabilitate from an injury. The Badminton wellness team are always on hand to help and some equipment can even be moved to residents’ rooms if they would prefer somewhere more private.

Fine Dining Room

A home is not a home without a place to dine with friends and family. In our private dining room you can host a party of guests with your own fine-dining menu created by our amazing chefs. Birthdays, anniversaries, or just for the joy of it – it’s up to you!

Dining Outdoors

When the weather permits, dining outside is a must. We have so many open, sunny spaces to enjoy the delights cooked up by our chefs, you can eat each meal in a different place!

Bar Bistro

The Westbury Bar and Bistro is a beautifully designed space for socialising, in small groups or as one. The fully-stocked bar is everything you would expect to find in your favourite hotel and the furnishings, décor – even the unique ceiling – are a feast for the eyes.

Hair Salon & Nail Bar

Feeling good about yourself doesn’t end with the gym – looking how you want to is all part of your well-being and your hair and nails are well taken care of at Badminton Place, at the Trymm salon!

Cinema

A cinema room goes without saying – whether it’s a classic film or a much-anticipated sporting fixture, there’s something for everyone to enjoy, with service from the bar being the cherry on the cake!

Otago Exercise

Otago is a series of strength and balance exercises delivered by our in-house physiotherapist. They are proven to reduce falls and on top of that they are a fun way to help keep residents supple and mobile.

Our events

Residents can enjoy a whole host of different events throughout the seasons. Whatever the entertainment on offer, be it in person or on screen, you can be as involved as you like. When conditions allow, friends and family are encouraged to join in too.

Our Services

Our care services are tailored to every individual that joins us, but we have particular specialisms with residential, nursing and dementia care at Badminton Place.

Residential Care

Living as you do now, but with as much or as little help on hand when you need it. That is the essence of residential care. We have created a wonderful home and within it a stimulating community-led atmosphere, so isolation and loneliness really are a thing of the past.

Nursing Care

Our Nursing care is for those who require specialised support. Our nurses provide personal and practical assistance as well as helping with health care appointments. Continuity of care is important and changing needs are taken into account.

Dementia Care

With over 850,000 diagnosed with dementia in the UK, Badminton Place can offer specialist dementia care to individuals that require it. We dedicate specific spaces and carers to help our residents maintain their psychological and physical wellbeing, supporting their interaction with their surroundings.

Respite Care

Respite Care enables non-residents to enjoy all the benefits of Badminton Place for a short period of time. Perhaps you want to try living in a care home before deciding to move permanently, or you need that extra care following surgery or an accident.  Whatever the reason is, you can be assured of the same outstanding care and warm welcome.
